Finance, Tax & Insurance
The finance area at K+S is subdivided into the sub-areas of controlling, accounting, treasury, taxes and insurance. Although each subdivision has its own tasks and goals, you still have to work hand in hand.

The human resources department is responsible for the recruiting, management and development of personnel as well as for employee retention.
