Our trainee programs are career entry and induction programs tailored to the needs of academic newcomers with initial professional experience and graduates. Our goal is to integrate our trainees into the company, introduce them to the corporate culture and work environment, and help them build their professional network. This network can be useful later in their careers as specialists or managers. Throughout the program, each trainee is assigned a contact person to assist them. At the end of the program, each trainee is assigned a specific area of responsibility.
