There, you will take on exciting tasks and systematically grow into your future role as a project engineer or assistant to the technical management team. What it Looks Like in Practice
As part of our trainee program, you will learn about the many facets of technology at K+S. You will gain experience in project planning, technical facility design, maintenance, automation, and energy and environmental technology. You will work on exciting projects, support efforts to modernize technology, and contribute your ideas to optimize processes and facilities. You will gain valuable practical experience at our production sites and develop an in-depth understanding of technical processes, safety, and efficiency in raw material production. Through assignments in various areas, you will gradually prepare for your future role as a project engineer or technical manager assistant.
