What You Can Expect
- Fair pay right from the start: an average of €68,000 gross per year for full-time employment, with equal pay guaranteed.
- Program content: Every six months, you will work in a different department, such as Logistics, Marketing, or Sales. Finally, you will spend six months in your department of choice.
- Hybrid working environment: Work in the office or from home—we make both possible. International or regional?
- Your preferences will be taken into account when creating your work schedule.
