For us, compliance is more than just compliance with statutory regulations, official approvals, regulatory standards acknowledged by the Company, such as our acknowledgement of the UN Global Compact, and internal regulations.Our compliance management system ensures that the applicable law, our internal rules and the regulatory standards recognized by the company are known throughout the Group and that compliance can be monitored. Sustainable Supply Chains

K+S sets out requirements regarding the way suppliers should act. In addition, a target has been established to increase the proportion of suppliers from certain countries assessed as part of the risk analysis to more than 90% by the end of 2027.

In line with our understanding of diversity, we have set ourselves the goal of developing and recruiting a workforce by 2030 that reflects the environment of where we do business. In addition, we will promote an inclusive work environment that will enable all employees to achieve their own success and contribute to innovation and business results.
