Occupational Safety & Health are integral components of our corporate management approach. K+S adresses diversity-related topics: K+S has established a diversity and inclusion working group that brings together employees from different areas of the company. K+S egages with customers and business partners, the capital market, political representatives, local communities, and employees. We support selected projects in the areas of education, social affairs, and culture. Through donations and sponsorship and our employees getting involved in charity work, we have been actively involved for many years.
