Dividend

The dividend for the 2018 financial year is €0.25 per share.

The dividend payment for 2018 of €47.9 million will be made from the net retained profits of K+S Aktiengesellschaft available at the end of 2018. The dividend payment for financial year 2018 amounted to €0.25 per share (previous year: €0.35 per share); this corresponds to a payout ratio of 55.6%.

Directions

By car:

Coming from Frankfurt am Main/Würzburg or Hamburg/ Hanover via the A7 highway, drive to the Kassel-Mitte junction (79). From there continue on the A49 towards Kassel-Zentrum until you reach the Kassel-Auestadion exit (5).

Coming from Dortmund, take the A44 to the Kassel-West junction (69). Turn onto the A49 in the direction of Kassel-Zentrum. Follow the A49 to the Kassel-Auestadion exit (5). The Kongress Palais is signposted from the Kassel-Auestadion exit.

From the Kassel-Auestadion exit, continue straight on along Ludwig-Mond-Straße and Schönfelder Straße. After a good 3.5 km, turn left at the Wilhelmshöher Allee junction and follow the road in the direction of Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe railway station. After approx. 1.2 km turn right into Freiherr-vom-Stein- Straße.

Follow the main road. The Kongress Palais Kassel - Stadthalle is located after about 800 m on the left side.

Please note that there is only limited parking available at the venue of our Annual General Meeting. We strongly recommend travelling by public transportation.

You can reach the Kongress Palais Kassel by tram line 4 (stop "Kongress Palais/Stadthalle") or by tram line 8 (stop "Aschrottstraße"). More information can also be found at www.nvv.de
