Every year, we transport an average of more than 50 million tonnes of goods, including double counting, using various modes of transportation. We have a worldwide network of warehousing, port and distribution locations at our disposal for this purpose. We monitor the costs of our logistics systems with the help of Group-wide indicators. On this basis, we try to constantly improve ourselves - in terms of our performance and in terms of our customers.

Quality in our logistics processes

We take care of the operation of logistical processes such as transportation, storage, handling, commissioning and bagging - from the production site inland to the customer overseas.

Transportation

To supply our customers, we use all common modes of transportation, from rail and inland waterway vessels to ocean-going vessels, containers and trucks. If required, we are also involved in our own logistics solutions and assets, such as our own fleet of rail cars, in order to ensure our ability to deliver long term.

Storage

Our own storage and handling facilities are the heart of the K+S transportation network. With supplementary external capacities, we ensure our ability to deliver.
