Entry-Level Options at K+S
There are many opportunities to start your individual career. Either doing an internship, an apprenticeship or a dual-study program combining apprenticeship and university studies. We offer career opportunities which fit to your needs and requirements – because our goal is to support every employee of K+S individually.
Internship options
Apprenticeships
We offer apprenticeships at more than 10 locations across Germany. Depending on the profession, your training will last 2–3 years and combine hands-on experience in areas such as mining, engineering, R&D or commercial occupations with theoretical learning at vocational school. We see vocational training as an important investment in your future – and ours. You can find all apprenticeships here (page in German).
Dual-study program
A dual-study program at K+S combines hands-on apprenticeship training with academic studies at university. You will gain practical experience in different departments while building solid theoretical knowledge. At the end of the program, you graduate with both a vocational qualification and a Bachelor’s degree. Dual-study programs are offered in geotechnology & surveying, business technology, business administration and logistics. You can find all dual-study programs here (page in German).
