We expect all employees to treat each other with trust and respect as equals and to be open to new ideas and different points of view. Managers act as role models and have a special responsibility in this regard. We have therefore set ourselves the goal of promoting appreciative and unprejudiced leadership even more strongly. We also want to promote a more balanced gender distribution, encourage cross-generational working and the transfer of knowledge and encourage our employees to question processes. We want to actively promote the inclusion of our employees with disabilities and a healthy work/life balance for all employees.
