Then the Mining Trainee Program at K+S is perfect for you! After an intensive introductory phase at the Kassel site, you will begin at least two exciting practical assignments at various K+S Group mining sites in Germany. Each assignment lasts at least six months and provides the opportunity to take on responsible tasks, such as supervising underground mining operations, in a timely manner. Through these experiences, you will gain valuable practical experience and deepen your knowledge.

Immerse yourself in the fascinating underground world! As a trainee in K+S's mining operations, you will learn about the essential processes of raw material extraction, including exploration, mining, processing, occupational safety, and sustainability. You will gradually take on more responsibility, work with state-of-the-art technology, and gain valuable insight into the operations of an international mining company.
