K+S extends mandates of the Board of Executive Directors

Meyer joined K+S as CFO in 2023. In June 2025, he took over as Chairman of the Board of Executive Directors from his predecessor, Dr. Burkhard Lohr. At the same time, the service agreement of Dr. Carin-Martina Tröltzsch, Deputy Chair of the Board of Executive Directors and COO, was extended until February 2029. The terms of Labor Director Christina Daske and CFO Dr. Jens Christian Keuthen will run until 2026 and 2028, respectively.
