K+S extends mandate of Board of Executive Directors member Christina Daske

Today, at its meeting, the Supervisory Board of K+S Aktiengesellschaft extended Christina Daske's mandate as Labor Director by 5 years. Her service agreement will now run until November 30, 2031.

Christina Daske, 40, has been a member of the Board of Executive Directors since December 1, 2023. In addition to her role as Labor Director, she oversees the Supply Chain and IT departments. Before her appointment to the Board of Executive Directors, she held various senior management positions at K+S. By extending the term of office of the Labor Director, K+S is strengthening its strategic focus on sustainable organization and partnership-based cooperation with employees and representatives. “Christina Daske embodies reliability and strong communication skills. She utilizes modern human resources management strategies to support our transformation. Her experience and dedication to the workforce and diversity are essential to K+S's success in an ever-changing world of work. Through this extension, the Supervisory Board is maintaining the staggered service agreements of the Board of Executive Directors and ensuring that the Company is well-positioned to address future challenges. The Supervisory Board looks forward to continuing the collaboration,” said Dr. Harald Schwager, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, in explaining the extension.
