We offer interested legal clerks the opportunity to complete part of their training or an elective placement at our company. Elective placements can be completed in commercial and labor law in the Legal and HR departments, or in tax law in the Tax department. These specialist areas are all listed in the register of the President of the Higher Regional Court in accordance with Section 21(1) JAO (Hesse).
Responsible Tasks
During your legal clerkship at K+S, you will assist the Legal department with various legal matters, including those related to civil, commercial, tax, environmental, administrative, trade, corporate, and labor law.
Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth research, independently handling complex inquiries, and collaborating on cross-departmental projects. You will gain practical insight into the day-to-day work of an in-house lawyer and learn about the structures and working methods of an international legal, tax, and human resources department firsthand.

Questions about the Legal Clerkship
Who is eligible to apply for a legal clerkship?
Anyone who meets the above requirements and would like to complete part of their legal clerkship or elective placement at an internationally active company is eligible to apply. You can complete your clerkship in business, labor, or tax law.
These specializations are all listed in the register of the President of the Higher Regional Court in accordance with Section 21(1) JAO (Hesse).
