Junior Sales & Marketing Manager - Agronomy

Our sales office K+S Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is looking for a Junior Sales & Marketing Manager - Agronomy, starting on 1st January 2026. The core role of this position is to support and advise on the strategy execution in the market of Asia Pacific and Oceania. This will be by strengthening the sales activities in the region combined with global agronomical expertise. The market area comprises all countries between Japan and New Zealand, Sri Lanka and Fiji Islands (excluding China and India).

The tasks and responsibilities of the role include:

• Develop market and sales opportunities in the region
• Market, product and competitor analysis – including pricing and product development
• Agronomical support in the region with focus on Potassium and Magnesium Fertilizers
• Support in product registration and secure regulatory compliance
• Identify and implement strategic partnerships with Agricultural Universities, private R&D sector and other institutions

• Enthusiasm to work in a global leading fertilizer producing company
• Degree in Agronomy, Horticulture, Plant Nutrition, Soil Science or related majors is required
• Master of an Agriculture related program preferred
• Work experience is a plus
• Fluency in English is required, both oral and written; another local language is an advantage
• Extensive negotiation and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work with and in multicultural teams and market environments
