Networking of former and current students

We have set up an internship group at Xing to facilitate the exchange and networking of current and former interns. In addition, you will be provided with information about K+S.

Talented students who have convinced with their internship, their thesis or as a working student get the best chances to be accepted into our retention program. In this program, we support and accompany very good students after their assignment at K+S - with the aim of welcoming them back to us after successfully completing their studies.

Trainee programs at K+S


As a commercial and technical graduate you have the opportunity to start as a trainee after your studies. We offer trainee programs in mining, business, technology, and production.
