The protection of the health of employees, shareholders and the service providers involved is of the utmost importance. The decision is also based on the current prohibition of the State of Hesse on attending events with 100 or more participants.
In accordance with the statutory period of notice, the Annual General Meeting must be held in person at the latest by the end of the eighth month of the financial year. The new date for the Annual General Meeting of K+S Aktiengesellschaft will be announced once it is determined.
