With its decision, the Supervisory Board is following the process of resizing the administration of K+S and refraining from the originally planned expansion of the Board of Executive Directors until further notice. Under the leadership of CEO, Dr. Burkhard Lohr, the team of the Board of Executive Directors will therefore continue to consist of three persons together with the CFO, Thorsten Boeckers, and Mark Roberts, COO.
“We would like to thank Ms. Fabiola Fernandez Grund for her support in this joint decision and personally wish her all the best and continued success in her career,” said Dr. Andreas Kreimeyer, Chairman of the Company's Supervisory Board.
