K+S Fertilizers (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Territory Sales Managers with strong experience in sales & distribution of water soluble fertilizers for markets in Haryana (3 positions) and Punjab (2 positions).
- Develop an understanding about the dealer structure in the assigned territory and identify dealers who are handling with high quality products, have a large retailer network and have a good payment behavior
- Build a relationship to the identified dealers
- Prepare weekly plan for farmer visits/meetings
- Plan the volumes for the assigned territory on a yearly basis, frequently review and adjust planning, communicate changes with Logistics
- Prepare customer-wise sales plan weekly and monthly based on discussion with them
- Manage and have an overview of all outstandings in the assigned territory
- Send regular reminders to customers for upcoming due dates of invoices
- Focus on customer service, keep a record of customer complaints and resolve them proactively

- 4-7 years of experience in agri-business sales & marketing, preferably in water soluble fertilizers
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills (mandatory).
- Should be aware of the Haryana and Punjab Agri market, Farmer behaviour & Geographical/Horticultural map respectively.
- Well organized, keeping to deadlines, proactive, and responsible.
- The inclination to use technology as a tool for all service offerings.
