Awarded with the 2020 Trainee Award
In a survey, our trainees were asked to evaluate their program with regard to various attributes, such as mentoring support, compensation, and sustainability. K+S scored well in the survey, so that we can be pleased about another award from Absolventa!
It is of great importance for us to integrate our trainees well into the company through our diverse trainee programs, to familiarize them with the corporate culture, and to prepare them in the best possible way for their work later on as specialists or leaders. We are therefore extremely proud that our programs for our various target groups (mining, business, production and technology) are so well received!
