Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the Supervisor, Maintenance Systems, you will be responsible for coordinating and assessing the SAP PM uses for Bethune Mine Site, mainly in the Maintenance & Reliability (M&R) Department. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Participate in the Maintenance & Reliability workflow development and implementation in SAP including auditing and keep documents up to date
  • Define and write the SAP work instructions in collaboration with the Master data Admin and scheduler and provide any training as required
  • Act as the main contact for IT KSPC regarding SAP PM Module and supporting the warehouse materials management processes
  • Support the Maintenance Planners, Engineers, Reliability Specialists and Execution teams and define their needs
  • Work as the key user and supports other users including preparation and training delivery
  • Other duties as needed

Your Profile

Our company values and recognizes the diversity of the workforce and encourages individuals with the equivalent combination of education and work experience. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Business Administration (or combined direct experience)
  • SAP Plant Maintenance/MM Certification
  • 5+ years of experience in Maintenance workflow
  • 8+ years of Experience in SAP PM and MM
  • Have good Interpersonal and Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
  • Conflict-Resolution Skills
  • Planning and Organizational Skills
  • Must be authorized to legally work in Canada
  • Successful candidates must be eligible to travel outside of Canada as travel may be required

The preferred location of this position is Bethune, SK. Flexible work arrangement may be considered. 

Employment is subject to successfully completing KSPC’s pre-employment checks which may include criminal record check, education verification, functional fitness evaluation and drug and alcohol testing.
