National Account Manager
As the National Account Manager for the Consumer Sales Team for Windsor Salt in Canada, you are responsible for the following:
Managing Broker relationships including: setting and monitoring objectives as well as measuring performance vs scorecard.
Developing and executing the annual planning for Strategic customers within assigned channels.
Managing and developing a Key Account Executive to grow and develop within organization.
Our company values and recognizes the diversity of the workforce and is looking for a future team member with 5-7 years of Consumer Products Sales experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. In addition, this individual will have:
Experience with Microsoft suite and SAP knowledge preferred
Strong Customer-orientation and experience managing brokers
Experience working within the Grocery industry
Solid understanding of managing account P&L
