Reporting to Supervisor, Business Applications, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, customization, and overall management of the engineering database systems (AVEVA) in use at the Bethune Site. The administrator will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and functionality of the engineering database systems to ensure they are capable of supporting the needs of the Legacy operation and its associated engineering works. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- AVEVA Administration including maintenance of AVEVA suite of products in accordance wiht KSPC Bethune engineering standards and practices
- Manage and document AVEVA workflows and software tools for concurrent engineering between KSPC and EPCMs
- Overall responsibility for engineering deliverables including, but not limited to interdisciplinary modelling approach and execution, defining engineering requirements and inputs for configuring the AVEVA system
- AVEVA Quality Compliance
- AVEVA Data Content for MTOs
- AVEVA Lifecyle Planning and Management
- AVEVA support and training

- Community College Diploma or University Degree in Drafting, Design Civil Engineering Technology Program or CAD Technology
A.Sc.T. or eligibility for registration as a A.Sc.T with SASTT
5+ years' experience in providing engineering design application support in Owner environment
5+ years' experience in the use, administration and support of AVEVA products
Engineering and design experience is an asset.
The preferred location of this position is Bethune however, this position could work out of our Saskatoon location. Flexible work arrangement may be considered.
